The purpose of the study:this aticle is an application research.Quantification of track training is a kind of quantitative definition to physical ability,skill,psychology,motion load and other indexex in training process.The psychological research in sports revolve around talent selection by psychology , mental technical ability training and mental counsel.Sports training process begin from selecting athlete that include mental element. Talent selection by psychology offers long-term forecast information on the basis of the principle of sports psychology by efficient mental survey.Special mental ability training is a key link,if the coach wants to control the quantitative training process for athletes special mental ability and to make the training develop towards the predetermined direction,the essential premise is to set up a training model of special mental ability which was closely related special performance.For this reason,this aticle set up the index of Shan'xi province sprinter's special talent selection and its evaluation on according to the correlation of special mental ability and special perormance,which is the natural goal and is also an important measure to promote motion level of men pole sprint in Shan'xi province.By using the method of document study,investigation,factor analysis.Grey connection analysis,regression analysis and logical analysis,and after probing into the composed indexes of the index system of college men student sprinter's special mental ability,the anticipatory model of special performance,the evaluation methods and evaluation standards of special mental ability,the major results are obtained,that is:the index system of Shan'xi province sprinter's special mental ability is composed of 5 administrative levels such as sport reaction, coordination, sport speed, emotions stability and character,which include 8 factors.These factors are 30m race,motion frequency,the sense of motion frequency,the sense of muscle strain,the sense of velocity, sport attention, character and trait anxiety. The anticipatory model of special performance and special sensitive indexes is set up for Shan'xi province sprinter: Yioom=10.406+l.325(30m race) -1.184(motion frequency), Y200m= 35.928-0.582(30m race) -3.013 (motion frequency), Y400m= 77.435-2.219 (30m race) -4.789 (motion frequency); The evaluation model of special performance and special mental ability indexes are set up for Shan'xi province sprinter: Y100m= 9.702+0.792 (30m race) -2.031 (the sense of muscle strain) +0.716 (sport attention) +0.455( the sense of velocity)-0.797 (motion frequency) +0.410 (the sense of motion frequency) +0.195 (trait anxiety) +0.386 (character), Y200m=27.341-0.970 (30m race) -5.182(the sense of muscle strain)+0.304 (sport attention)+1.011( the sense of velocity)-0.984(motion frequency)+0.267(the sense of motion frequency)+0.112(trait anxiety)+0.107(character), Y400? 70.639-2.092 (30m race) - 6.583(the sense of muscle strain)+0.495 (sport attention)+3.475( the sense of velocity) -3.003(motion frequency)+0.311(the sense of motion frequency) -0.187(trait anxiety)-0.286(character)o In training practice,these two models provide the referential basis for diagnosing the developing level of athlete's special mental ability.The comprehensive evaluation standards of special mental ability are set up for Shan'xi province male sprinter.These results can help coach to make clear training direction,to determine training focalization and to provide the theoretical basis for special ability training.
