The heart bears changes of mechanical force in course of exercise and this change have action to generate arrhythogenic arrhythmia We don't know the ionic base of arrhythmia but there are evidence to demonstrate the man's heart has machie-feed-back. Clinical observation find that the patient have myocardial hypertrophy or cardiac dilatation will genarate arrhythmia and though this result hasn't been checked,there are a great quantity experiments in mobility myohypertrophia have proved that myocardial hypertrophy and cardiac dilatation will created in exercise. Accordingly ,this result indicates that exercise exists risk factor, especially big intensity and exhaustive exercise. Sinuatrial node is pace-making site of the heart and control cardiac rhythm nad is the base of the arrhythmia. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of deferent intensity exercises on morphous of Sinuatrial node, Ca2+ regulation of myocardial cell and immunohistochemistry related athletic heart and propose some reference for prevention and cure of the athletic arrhythmia.24 male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups:sedentary, aerobic training and big intensity fatigue training groups.Body weights of these rats were taken twice a week.Training groups carried out a 8-week treadmill program with gradually increasing intensity.All of rats undertake ECG after 8 weeks training and then to draw the materials from rats to use of light microscope,electron microscope and immunohistochemistry observation. The surplus continue to train and to carry out cell detachment in the sequenti luce and myocardial cell were divided into two groups: myocardial cell+ISO and myocardial cell+ verapamil hydrochloride+ISO,then use laser confocal microscopy to observate.All of experimental data have been treated use Sigmaplot Scientific Graphing System and experimental result has been expressed X + SD.The results indicate:1) Different intensity training have no harmful effects to rats weight increase.2) HR increase,QRS wave latitude increase, voltage drop, Q-T latitude extend,T wave cut down after rats attend to different intensity training.ECG indicatrix of aerobic exercise indicatrix have no significant difference with control group, but ECG indicatrix of fatigue rats have obviously difference.3 ) The quantity of PC and TC were decrease and occurrence probability in unit area were decrease and cell morphous, cytoplasm constituent,intranuclear chromatinwere happen significant cheange and so on after rats attend to different intensity training. The quantity of PC and TC of fatigue rat were decrease and desmoplasia and cell distance were accrete and nerve fiber were decrease and the capability govern PC were attenuate and quantity and morphology of blood capillary were change.4) Fluorescence intensity of nuclear calcium is super than fluorescence intensity of cell body either in control group or aerobic exercise group.ISO can increase fluorescence intensity of nuclear calcium obviously, but can decrease fluorescence intensity of cell body. Fluorescence intensity of nuclear calcium of aerobic exercise group were lower than control group.5 ) Verapamil can block calcium ion through L type calcium channel, calcium ion concentration of control group is higher than aerobic exercise group after add to Verapamil.Then add to ISO, fluorescence intensity of aerobic exercise group continue to decrease.6) VEGF of cardiac muscle were enhance significantly after 8-weeks aerobic exercise but there were no significantly influence to VEGF of big intensity training rats.7) Activity of nNOS and iNOS of training groups were higher than control group and activity of eNOS of aerobic exercise rat were higher than control group and big intensity training rats.8) Activity of NF-Kbp65 of aerobic exercise group and big intensity training were higher than control group.9) Aerobic exercise and big intensity training can induce apoptosiso We can arrive at this conclusion: apoptosis may be participate in pristine myocardial hypertrophy.10) Big...
