Concealed moral education is that the educators apply implied, indirect and internal approach to develop moral activities. Concealed education and open education are paratactic, recursive, interchangeable, they exclude and supplement each other, concealed moral education depends on its long thought and theory sources.Concealed moral education is of characteristics of concealment ,variety, non-expectation, durability, dependence, difference, happiness and acceptance, and it also has the characteristics that results are hard to quantitate. In developing and forming the students moral character, concealed moral education can well represent in the functions of recognition guidance, feeling edify and behavior criterion.Concealed moral education can be divided into the followings: implied concealed moral education behind opened moral courses, concealed moral content of material modality, of system modality and of spirit modality.Concealed moral education is generally obtained by hint, communication, imitation and self-identity. There are several ways to design and cultivate concealed moral education, they are normal curriculum construction, campus culture construction, environment construction and social practice carrier, etc.Today, The great progress of concealed moral education causes the much improvement of moral education in universities, in concept, content and approach change, etc. Conceal moral education plays an increasingly large role in quality education.
