Concerning the student's individualizing development, New Curriculum requests us to form a new conception, multi-communication for the text comprehension in teaching Chinese reading. That's why multi-communication has become one of the hot topic in essential Chinese teaching field. However, we were used to tutor's monologue in teaching Chinese reading, in which class it was impossible for students to have democratic and equal communications. We still have puzzlements in putting new ideas into practice. Therefore, it's of practical meaning to study the problem of text comprehension.On communication in teaching Chinese reading, a few researchers have done some research in recent years, whose essays we can read in newspapers or journals. But they are unsystematized, some of which tried to discover the source of it rationally and theoretically while the others are studies on examples of teaching operationally. Few valuable researches, connecting the theory to the practice, have been done. This essay will take them as a whole to discuss the new curriculum notions, establishment of the theory of multi-communication, and strategies of text comprehension, It will also explore strategies of practicing the multi-communication by analyzing the examples.Based on the new curriculum notion of communication in reading, this essay will review the state and the wrong doing of text comprehension in Chinese teaching in middle school. It will discuss a new approach of new curriculum text comprehension, and reform the communicating strategies in text comprehension with the help of aesthetics. By analyzing the examples of text comprehension in the way of communicating, this essay will offer samples.for discussion. And we can take them as a reference for text comprehension in the new curriculum reforming. Three intentions is hoped to achieve in this essay. The first is to make teachers togive up their traditional approach of text-reading teaching, in the way of teacher's monologue, and to take new notions for text-reading teaching while we teach students of the new century. We teachers must improve ourselves to meet the challenge of the communicative teaching. The second intention is to help teachers to form the multi-communication teaching approach in text comprehension, and practise the democratic and equal teaching way. The third intention is to discuss the practical strategies of text comprehension in multi-communicating way and offer a new routine of Chinese language teaching in the new curriculum reform.
