Research On The Ideological And Political Work For The Postgraduates Based On The Supervisor Responsibility System Of Huazhong University Of Science ＆Technology

Based on investigation and integrated theory with practice, this article analyzes the ideological and political work for the postgraduates of Huazhong university of Science &Technology in the Supervisor Responsibility System systematically, roundly and deep. The author hopes to find an ideological and political work system which suits with the university in the new situation. This paper consists of five parts. First, based on expounding the meaning of the ideological and political work for the postgraduates, integrating theory dissuasion with the practice of the university, the paper summarizes the goals and content , analyzes some aspects of ideological and political work for the postgraduates. Secondly, the author puts forward some views: we should coordinate the relationship among managers,supervisors and postgraduates, do the ideological and political work in accordance with the postgraduates' special characteristics which changes with different kinds of stages .Thirdly, the author analyzes the process ,principle and ways. Then the author analyzes a case about ideological and political work for the postgraduates of Electronic and Information Engineering in 2003.Finally, the author puts forward some corresponding suggestions :Strengthening the construction of ideological and political work procession and fundamental organization of postgraduates; taking effective measures to promote the teaching work of supervisors, etc.
