Study On Ideological And Political Connotation Construction And Practice Path Of College Curriculum

At present,the situation at home and abroad is undergoing profound and complex changes.The degree of economic globalization is deepening day by day.Cooperation and conflicts coexist among countries.Politics and culture influence and infiltrate each other.With the development of market economy in China,people of different social strata have diversified political and ideological ideas.With the help of the Internet technology,the ideas at home and abroad are converging and stirring,bringing serious challenges to the ideological security of our country.In order to cope with this challenge,the national conference on ideological and political work held in December 2016 put forward the political requirement that ideological and political work in colleges and universities should return to the main channel of classroom teaching,which initiated the exploration of ideological and political teaching reform in higher education in China.The fundamental task of higher education is to cultivate people with morality.The reform of curriculum ideological and political teaching is the starting point for colleges and universities to cultivate people with morality.This study points out that the "virtue" of the new era of "standing moral tree" is not the general sense of personal morality,professional ethics,social morality,but refers to the loyalty to the Chinese communist party,China's political ideal,political road,political system of "political morality"."People" are not "citizens" in the general sense,but qualified builders and successors of socialism.The core connotation of the ideological and political courses is that while imparts the professional knowledge to the students,it also carries out the political identity education with supporting the leadership of the communist party of China as the core,so as to construct a curriculum environment for the students to go together with the ideological and political theory courses.Therefore,the course ideological and political construction should firstly grasp the accurate understanding and unified understanding of the ideological and political connotation,goal and meaning of the moral cultivation and the course ideological and political construction,so as to establish and perfect the course ideological and political action system with strong operability,reasonable resource allocation and institutional guarantee.Through literature research and empirical investigation,the following major problems are found in the current curriculum ideological and political construction:In understanding level,we found that the management of colleges and universities,such as professional teachers of moral education exists confusion phenomenon is very common.At the implementation level,teachers of specialized courses are not conscious enough to carry out curriculum ideology and politics;The power and responsibility of the middle-level organization structure in the implementation of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities are not specific enough;The course ideological and political implementation system developed by some universities is not detailed in division of labor,general in expression and weak in operation.The lack of systematic training for teachers of specialized courses in colleges and universities and the difficulty of establishing an effective evaluation system of curriculum ideology and politics are some problems.In order to ensure the long-term and stable development of curriculum ideological and political construction along the right direction and road,this study puts forward the following Suggestions: first,college administrators,teachers and students,especially the leadership of colleges and universities,must first understand the political direction of higher education.To "tree" is the college students to the party's political ideal,political road,political system,line and policy,and so on,after graduation can have a firm political stand,learn to participate in the political "political people".Second,in terms of the management and organizational structure and implementation system,all colleges and universities should subdivide power and responsibility,divide division of labor and implement it by people.In particular,they should give play to the core role of party organizations of secondary schools and departments under the unified leadership of the university party committee,and strengthen the guarantee of ideological and political resources of courses,such as the new "teachers' work department of the party committee" to strengthen the management of teachers.Thirdly,it is suggested that colleges and universities should strengthen the guidance and training of ideological and political theory teachers to teachers of specialized courses,so as to ensure the coordination of all course teaching and ideological and political theory courses.Fourth,colleges and universities should make good use of the current teaching supervision team,student information staff team to carry out the course ideological and political implementation process evaluation,to reflect the clear unity of knowledge,feeling,action.Finally,through dynamic evaluation,the form and content of the ideological and political teaching reform in our school are deeply reflected and continuously improved,the problems are solved in the reform and innovation and the experience results are institutionalized,so that the ideological and political teaching reform in our school can be effective and carried out for a long time,so as to train reliable successors for the socialist cause.
