This paper deals mainly with the socialization of college moral education, It first discusses the relationship between the contemporary society and the network society, and the relationship between network society and the moral education in universities and colleges, which is on the basis of the theory of well rounded development concerning person and thoughts in Marxism. The discussion applies the ideological theories and the relevant current sociology theories to the analysis of the social characteristics in the network age and its influences on school moral education by drawing on the experience of political socialization, theories and practices of the network moral education in western developed countries with special emphasis on American affairs. Then, it puts forward the solution to the problems of school moral education in the network times and the socialization of moral education by using the sociality possessed by moral education itself with the combination of current college students' characteristics. Finally, the paper presents the methods and approaches to strengthen the college students, moral education, optimize the college network moral education, construct teaching students in "SAN QUAN" mode, and compose college moral socialization on college students, network morality in the aspects of cognitive standards, moral emotions and self-restrained abilities.
