The Evaluation In Teaching Performance Of Joint-program With Foreign Countries In Universities

In recent years, the speed of joint-program's development goes very fast, exceptionally the joint-programs with foreign countries in universities. How to support the good ones and forbid the bad ones? The most important thing is to make the policy to be reinforced. A new mode of management on education is needed. The new system should work in this way---- the intermediary organizations do the evaluation, government control it within the effect of laws, and people of the whole society are all have their own right to give the evaluation of joint-programs in universities. The theory and successful experience of normal high education is the basic of this study. From that the author gave the reasons of the exact research in this dissertation. With the consideration of it characteristic, the author drew the outline of the evaluation system.
