Content : Conventional main bodies of chemistry classroom assessment are mostly education experts, education adminstraters, the object is teaching activites by chemistry teachers, and its aim is helping teachers improve their teaching. This assessment usually emphasizes teaching process, link, target, means, etc. ignoring cultivating students emotion and ambition and erasing their creativeness, which is not advantageous to promote the sustainable development of students individual character. New chemistry course involves three aspects of close contact which contain students cognition process, emotion process and ambition process in classroom teaching, for it emphasizes the change of learning methods, consolidation of independent learning.
