New History Curriculum Teaching emphasizes that student should study indepently; and that teachers should guide them based on their development during teaching and help them develop continuously. Nowadays, to change student's study method and to train their capability to discover problems, to analyse problems, tosolve problems, have been a focus concened by education reformers all over the world; have an been important task which every subject's teaching reform should face under the background of carring out New Curriculum. Such is the History Subject Thus, the aim of history teaching is not to ask students to master as many historical affairs as possible; but to ask them to master the patterns of history development, to distinguish the past and understand the present, to serve the reality by searching the concrete prouss of human society development and discovering problems and solving problems. So the main purpose of history teaching is to train student's capability of solving historical problems. In This article, I will discuss how to train students' ability of problems solving with the idea of the new course according to the teaching practice, and plan to expand it from the 4 ways as follows:1. I think we should know about and even master the features of the new course if we mean to carry on the course teaching and train students' ability of problems solving with the new course carring out. Scanning the new history course in middle schools, we can find out these features—the idea of the course becomes modern; the content becomes comprehensive; the study method becomes individual; and the design of teaching materials becomes vivid. We should grasp these features and serving them, so we can realive the radual shift of the educational idea.2. We should combine with the teaching materials, employ the effective and Evely teaching methods and inspire students initiative to train the students' ability of problems solving with the idea of the course. As long as we employ the vivid and effeitive teaching methods under the dynamic and complicated teaching course, we can improve the teaching affect greatly, train and improve students' thinking ability.3. We advocate the innovative education to train students' ability of problemssolving so that we can make full use of students' subjective initiative of problems solving .In the history teaching, in order to carry on the innovative education, we should not only offer students' innovative environment, but also pay much attention to training students' innovative feelings, inspiration, thinking, ability and so on.4. The train and improvement of students' ability of problems solving is under teachers' strong guide. Carrying out the new course endues the history teaching with new missions and brings many new features. Thus, this asks the educators the new course to transfer their own roles quickly so that we can adapt themselves to the course teaching.By this article, I hope this discussion can help better train the students' ability of problems solving with the idea of the new course, promote students' ability developove students' quality, to strengthen their innovative ability, to push actively the history teaching reform. |
