Ability To Manage In The Perspective Of Philosophy

The development of human society's history is essentially the history that human develop and use capability continuously. Although in the past the value of capability had not been paid enough attention to, now it has received high recognition from governments, scholars and practitioners, and has been highlighted as a fundamental, critical, and strategic role to national construction and social development. Under the background of the knowledge-based economy and the global competition, the human capability improvement has already become one of the critical success factors, in building a well-off society, and to realize socialism modernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. China has a large population, but for various reasons the country's human capability development is relatively backwards, so is the efficiency of capability utility. Therefore, it is urgent to carry out a thorough and in-depth research on human capability, its development and utilization. It is suggested that human capability should be taken as the core management element. Research on capability management and clarification of methods is not only necessary and urgent, but also is of great theoretical and practical significance.Taking the Marxism as the theoretical position, this dissertation philosophical methodology is dialectical materialism, which is a combination of historical review and logical analysis, a combination of critics and constructions, from both of macro and micro scale, and from both of human and material perspectives. It is based on the discussion of the theoretical background of the capability management, the basic content of capability and capability management, the practice of capability management and so on. The whole dissertation includes five chapters:The first chapter elaborates on the social and historical background arising from capability management philosophy. The dissertation starts from four aspects: history, epoch, practice and theory, to draw the summary that capability management is the revelation of the historical development of human society, the lessons learned from analyzing the main reason why the Chinese society was growing so slow in Modern China and why China is forging ahead since its reform and opening to the outside world, also the requirements of knowledge economy and globalization era, and the need of establishment of socialist market economy. Furthermore, it is the stratagem of getting powerful and prosperous of a country with capable human resources, the capacity building, and the latest trend of development of the basic theory of management, the theory of stratagem management and human resource.Chapter two reviews the literature of capability management in written academic papers.
