Content:21^st century is an era of knowledge and economy. It is surrounded with human , focusing on individual characters, paying attention to renewing and reforming. In this era, the illiterate man is not a person who doesn't know how to read and write, but the person who doesn't know how to learn, how to create, in this era, the persons with comprehensive ability, creative spirit, compound talents must be developed . And the persons should know how to obtain, judge and analyse information , how to process information. In one word, the education of this era is different from traditional education which takes teachers as the dominant factor , students as receivers. In the modern education the individuals especially the students must be developed to create, to analyse and solve all kinds of problems with knowledge of various subjects.Research study is an important measure to develop the students' creative ability and the ability to solve problems. There are a lot of resources in internet which can facilitate the research study. So this paper tries to find out some ways to promote and perfect the research study in network environment by making use of network technology. The rapid development and wide application of internet brings both great challenges and the roles change for teachers and students, which forces the teachers to transform the traditional teaching model, takes students as Lheir study partner. And both of them find out they must work hard and have great passion and creative sense in research study of network environment .
