Writing teaching is an important part of Chinese education, It is also the language teaching difficulties. How to stimulate students’ interest in writing and improve students’ writing ability has been a problem plaguing Chinese educators. The teachers racked their brains to practice and look for ways to improve students writing ability, but it has little effect. The emergence of this new network platform, which enables the students to express their ideas freely in the network, not subject to class limitation, psychological burden and pressure reducing classroom exercises, can truly realize the easy to write, to express requirements. Therefore, this research will explore strategy of improving pupils’ writing ability under the network environment. Aiming at the analysis of the current problems and causes of pupils’ writing ability, puts forward concrete strategies, according to these strategies, the author redesigned the composition class, and once again used in the classroom, on the implementation of the results were analyzed and summarized.
