Content: Aural disabled people study language more slowly than the healthy for aural disability. How to improve the efficiency of aural disabled people's language learning is endless debates. Since the beginning of deaf education, the dispute focus on what kind of communication is the most effective to them and what is they should study. There has been sign communication, oral communication, integrated communication, bilingual communication in the world. In 1880, Milan Deaf Education Conference legalized their language learning which becomes trend. In China what kind of communication they should study influenced by foreign advanced theory. But we always step behind those countries. Advocating oral communication became main idea in recent deaf education.Situation of aural deformity is very complicated. We classify them as the men with serious barrier of hearing before and after learning language, the deaf before and after learning language. In broad sense, Sign language includes dactylology and Chinese sign. Dactylology plays a different role in language learning among different hearing. After researching of investigation method, observation method and literature method, either the men with serious barrier of hearing or the deaf, dactylology is the naturalist way. Those men with serious barrier of hearing and deaf after learning language could select to learn normal oral language and then learn literary language at the basis of oral language. But the deaf before language learning could only make dactylology as their first language and then learn literary language at the basis of dactylology. Dactylology is the most important communicative way to the deaf before language learning. Therefore, this thesis believes dactylology should play a more important role in the language learning in the deaf before language learning. To make it, the status of dactylology should be established and strengthened. To raise the efficiency of the language learning in the deaf before language learning would not only develop thinking and intelligence but also wholeness.
