A Study On The Discrimination Strategy Of Anti - Disabled People

Persons with disabilities as part of the social vulnerable groups, due to the existence of their own physical defects and social discrimination, the material and spiritual encounter great difficulties. China currently has about83million people with disabilities, the long-term is under the dual pressures of economic and spiritual development and social development of persons with disabilities themselves have a negative effect. Since the reform and opening up, and modernization in the dual role of commodity economy, improving people’s living standards and strengthen the social cognitive disabilities, thus increasing concern for the disabled population, study their living conditions and status discrimination by disability care people’s voices, to reduce social exclusion and discrimination, and thus establish "equality, participation and sharing" to establish a new concept with disabilities is necessary.This paper attempts to combine macro and micro, both government and society to pay attention to macro-control of the anti-discrimination of persons with disabilities, but also the role of families and people with disabilities from the microscopic to exploretheir own anti disabilities policy of discrimination. Disabled antidiscrimination government, community, family and individual collective efforts to get attention and solutions, not individual acts of anti-discrimination of persons with disabilities but the whole social action, is conducive to social harmony.Care for people with disabilities through two nursing homes in Nanjing surveys show the disabled persons, families, social groups, three levels of discrimination for the disabled status and attitudes to further investigate the anti-discrimination policies for people with disabilities.
