Investigation On Current Situation Of Disabled People 's Physical Education In Honghe Prefecture Of Yunnan Province

The disabled is a typical vulnerable group,and a member of the society. They have the equal rights of participating in sports and sharing public sports resources. As a Unique subsystem in Chinese sports, disability sports in China is an important part of the whole sports system. At present, Hani-Yi Autonomous Prefecture of Honghe in Yunnan Province, fitness sports, rehabilitation of disabled persons and unbalanced development of the disabled physical fitness, the disabled rehabilitation sports, and the disabled competitive sports, to some extent, restricted the overall development of sports for the disabled. It is important to encourage more disabled people to participate in sports, to improve physical and life quality. Therefore, it is necessary to study disability sports in Honghe prefecture, and to put forward the corresponding countermeasures for the existing problems. The purpose of the study is to provide feasible suggestions for disability sports policy-making of related department, in order to better the disabled sports, to improve and promote the comprehensive development of Honghe prefecture of Yunnan Province disabled person sports to provide the reference. And the study is also tend to provide theoretical basis for better development of disability sports in Hani-Yi Autonomous Prefecture of Honghe in Yunnan Province.The study object is the status quo of disability sports in Honghe prefecture of Yunnan Province using the literature material law, questionnaire survey, field investigation, expert interview method, mathematical statistics, and logic analysis. Through the investigation and interviews of the disabled, disabled athletes, coaches, mentors, and, the leader of Disabled Persons Federation,(including 390 people from 13 counties and cities),the study concluded that:(1)some remote backward area have less education, this status affects situation of participating in sports activities;(2)the minority disabled person tend to participate in the traditional sports, this status provide reference for fitness sports for the disabled;(3) "farming therapy" foster service mode, promotion proves the feasibility of promoting the disabled rehabilitation sports;(4)the lack of professional instructors, influences the effect of exercise and rehabilitation for the disabled;(5)the establishment of training base for the disabled in Honghe prefecture, guarantee the cultivation of reserve talented person;(6) "training before competition, dissolving after competition" is the basic model of the disabled involved in competitive sports.According to the results of study of the disability sports in Honghe prefecture of Yunnan Province, the paper puts forward the following Suggestions:(1)using a variety of ethnic minority languages, publicize disability sports policies and regulations and the knowledge of popular science;(2)perfect the construction of public barrier-free facilities based on the special landform in Honghe prefecture;(3)actively explore traditional minority sports events suited to the disabled in Honghe prefecture;(4)cooperate with colleges and universities like Honghe university of, strengthen cultivation of compound training for the disabled;(5)establish "Disabled Federation—hospitals—colleges and universities" cooperation mechanism, strengthen the scientific selection and training of the talented.
