Teaching the students how to study and how to think has become the focus of the world in recent years. On one hand, the mastery of learning strategy has been the important symbol for us to judge whether the students know how to study and how to think; on the other hand, as a psychological treatment of directional cognitive target, strategy is not only an essential component of solving students' problems, but also a major channel for students' cognitive development. The cognitive construction theory of J ? Piagct, the psychological development theory of Lev Vygotsky, and the metacognitive theory of John Flavell provide the theoretical basis for the cognitive conception of reading tactics. This point of view emphasizes the features of interaction of reading and the construction characteristics of understanding. The cognitive conception of reading tactics holds the opinion that there are two significant factors which help to do reading comprehension, that is the knowledge the readers own and the tactics they uses to promote and maintain understanding. Readers play active roles in reading. Ln order to construct the meaning of article, they must combine the previous knowledge and new information together, and apply the strategy flexibly to stimulate, monitor, adjust and preserve understanding.Reading strategy instruction with the purpose of training tactful learners is able to lead students in understanding much more importance in the mental operating process of it. That is to say, we should teach the students narrational knowledge (to understand what he has read), we also must tell them procedural knowledge (to master the mental process of understanding the text )and condition knowledge (to know under what condition can the mental process be most effectively used,) it can not only help the students obtain knowledge, but develop their reading ability and form theirmetacognitive ability -the self- conscious and self -control ability toward one'sown mental activities. The article elaborates 8 kinds of strategies which can promote our reading comprehension: the strategies of stimulating previous knowledge, mastering totally, distracting the marrow, fixing important contents of the article, generalizing the information, reasoning the information, challenging and disambiguating, monitoring and understanding. The acquisition of reading strategy includes three stages: to master the concrete strategy, to understand the usage, significance and limitation of these strategies, and to develop some self-adjust abilities to apply, monitor, maintain and generalize the acquisition tactics effectively. The implement of reading tactics in teaching field have to stimulate the students' in teaching field have to stimulate the students' motivation of learning cognitive strategies, procedural knowledge and instruct the students to use the monitoring cognitive strategies in their teaching process. The operating course of reading-strategy interaction discussed in this article is only the writer's own summary of his exploring of Chinese teaching practice in middle school.
