| The present paper took the junior students as the participants and investigated therelationship between the academic stress and the junior students' academic self-concept, andthe influence of the academic stress on the academic achievement behavior, academicachievement. The result revealed: (1) The perceived academic stress of the junior students includes achievement stress,blame stress, comparison stress, result stress and expectation stress. (2) When the junior students perceived the high achievement stress, high blame stress,high comparison stress, high result stress, high expectation stress, their academic self- conceptis much lower. (3) Among the junior students who perceive the high achievement stress, the highcomparison stress, the high expectation stress, girls' verbal academic self-concept is lowerthan boys'. (4) Regardless the academic stress resulting from the achievement stress, blame stress,comparison stress, result stress and expectation stress, the junior students who are in higherstress level are worse in attention and flexibility. (5) On the condition of high achievement stress, high blame stress, high comparisonstress, high result stress and high expectation stress, the time of the junior students onacademic task is short. The junior students choose the easy academic task. (6) The boys are under the high stress choice difficult mathematics academic task andtheir persistent time is short. (7) On the condition of the high academic stress, the junior students' academicachievement is much lower. |
