On The Staff Construction And Administration Of University's Counselor In The Period Of Social Transformation

The change in the social transformation brings great challenge to the university students' ideological and political education. The university counselors as the staff and cadre work on the forefront to face, organize and educate the students, such a staff construction is related to student' s growth, university' s development, even the stability and prosperity 'of our country. According to a concrete survey, the dissertation' summarizes several problems about the contemporary counselor team, such as the work-team is unstable, the personnel structure is unreasonable, the speed of renewing knowledge is slow, the personnel quality and salary level are low. At the base of analyzing the survey result, the dissertation puts forward three main factors. The first is the university administration lack the scientific moral view, the second is the flow leading policy influence the stability of the counselor team, the last one is the multiple management system causes the duty indistinct. Using the experience of American university management for reference, combining our own national condition, the dissertation poses three measures to deal with above mentioned problems as follows, to accelerate the scientific management system, to promote human-oriented management style and to strength the professional construction of the counselor team. Under the enlightenment of these three aspects, the dissertation finally puts forward concrete countermeasures to the counselor team construction and management, which would contribute to the university counselor team construction.
