Research On Phenomenon Of University Students Choosing Vocation In Social Transformation Period

In social transformation period, social and political, economic, and cultural systems has undergone extensive and profound changes, in this kind of change, our country was from a highly centralized planned economy into the freedom choice market economic system which is with the market oriented, Consistent with this, the concept of career college students in China changes are also from the beginning of the transition of "turnkey integration points" to a range of "two-way choice" to today’s "two-way choice, their own jobs." The concept of university students30years of career development path with the same social transformation, with distinctive features, and we can see that this is a difficult course. As China’s large population, every mindset in people’s minds will result in the immediate interests of the people to adjust. Reform is not a time, but the pace of reform has not stopped because of difficulties. Especially in the new era,as college graduates have been increased every year as employment pressure becomes more intense, college careers become the focus of attention, how to guide students to establish scientific careers employment situation is stable now, the key point of building a harmonious society.This paper analyzes the changing concepts of college students’ career which are adapted to the transformation of society. On this basis, the paper tries to analyze the status of career college students from the positive and negative angle of view, finds and analyses the reasons of the current problems of college students choosing jobs, puts forward the countermeasures from the community, universities, families, individuals and other aspects, in order to adjust the view of students’choosing career and to guide them to set up scientific view of employment objective.
