Emotion teaching have not pay more attention popularly in our middle shool education .Under the influence of testing education, it was taken on unbalance between intelligence and emotion on some degree,This impedes greatly the latent energy of teaching and influences the development of students' total diathesis.So we should pay more attention and reache it.This essay includes six sections, expounds the connotation of "OTWE" and discusses how to put it into action in mathematics teaching.Section one introduces the development situation of mathematical emotion education in china and world, indicates that more and more people come to recognize the importance of emotion teaching,and regard it as one of teaching aims. Section two explains the conception of "Emotion" and "Optimize theaching with emotion". Section three expounds intelligence factor and emotion factor and their mutual effection. Section four introduces emotion's eight great function and lodges three principles of OTWE. Section five discusses the content and method of OTWE, using the direction of three principles in Mathematical teaching. Section six uses a typical teaching example to explain how to actualize OTWE in class teaching.
