In view of the development trend of the world sports aerobics and technological characteristic , of the current scientific research situation of our country sports aerobics ,and of the disparity of the sports level of our country's sports aerobics and the world's, combining sport biomechanics, It is very important that carrying on technological analysis of sports aerobics especially kinematics analysis of highly difficult routine, only announcing the aerobics movement technological mechanics principle of the sports, adopting the athlete's biological characteristics and special characteristics, setting up the rational technological mode of movement, analyzing its technological characteristic, finding out the rational and unreasonable place and proposing improving the measure, we could raise sport achievement and make aerobics—the new developing body building developing towards theorize, scientific process , systematized, the direction standardized. This text race the aerobics athletes of the international top-notch grade player of our country as the research object and use the research methods of literature, investigation, mathematical statistic, and video recording analysis. Carrying on kinematics' movement technological analysis of representative highly difficult routine —C349 and C439 movements of 0.9 points of sports aerobics C group ,the result of study shows:1. While finishing the two groups highly difficult movements, squatting fast effectively in advance waving and the both arms downwards in order to increasing people weightless, the result of the human body soaring is very obvious, the time of take-offing is better in about 0.18 seconds, The take-off vertical force F of human body given have certain linear relations with weight, leg length, knee crooked horn of human body, angular speed of legs rotate when take-offing:...
