From the viewpoint of kinematics ,the text made a research into the quality of our top sports aerobics man, calisthenics technical. Though quantitative analysis, parameters of kinematics would be exact qualitative analysis, thereby, distinguishing from the movement, finding open question, ameliorating on and improving the quality of calisthenics skill, For the sake of accelerating the level of our top sports aerobics man, calisthenics skills. Those are of far reaching importance. Subject investigated kneelift, kick, skip,Straddle jump, split jump,to push up,to split jump,to foots or single foot, rotational motion by the first eight of the male and female individual-oriented matches in the 2005 Aerobics National Championships .To use two Sony33E cameras took synchronism image in 50fps and the images in the SIMI-Motion video analytical system .The results as follows: (1) Buffering span ankle of greater than knee ,and knee greater than hip about supported legs in bounds, which shows bounds depends on ankle. (2) In alignment on basic movements and difficulty after empty out, our sports aerobic athlete complete of poor quality, in particular basic movement, but the female is better than male. (3) Male is stronger than female athlete about take off of explosive effort in difficulty movement. (4)Each foots or foots and hands are not touch the ground at the same times in fall to the ground skills, that situation is outstanding. (5) There are many errors as"steel rotation",advanced rotation, incomplete rotation and so on .Withal ,the text suggest that our should attach importance to quality of complete movement, details of skill as well as specific constitution training, in order to improve our national sports aerobics, the quality of technical and the level of play in the match .
