Difficulty movement of competitive aerobics in competitive aerobics plays animportant role in supporting bone, which is the important measure of athletestechnical level and the key factor of winning the game. It not only decides thedifficulty, but also impacts the art points and complete from the aspects such as layout,completion quality. In the four types of difficulty movement of competitive aerobics,the number and the difficulty of studying the difficulty of group C is the highest, andthe types are the most abundant. The difficulty action of group C is directly relatedto the final result. However, the study of competitive aerobics in China is just formoderate somewhat difficult movement kinematics analysis, studies of kinematicsanalysis was carried out on the difficult moves are relatively few.This study adopts3D measurement method, expert interview method, theexperimental methods of comparative analysis, to the Jiangxi normal universityaerobics team Minchao Shou, Qiji Pan, Xiaowei Wang, YueFeng Xi, Ranhua Zhengand Cong Zeng six elite male competitive aerobics athlete to complete the C477"spin180degrees bend body jump to spin180degrees into prone" and C479"spin360degrees bend body jump to spin180degrees into prone" two group C difficultymovement is measured during each stage, and to analyze the data comparison, delvinginto its action principle, find out the correct technical essentials and key technique ofthe activity, aimed at improving our country outstanding competitive aerobics athleteto complete the completion of difficult moves of quality and improve the technicallevel; By choosing C477and C479two root named the same difficulty movement,complete action on its technical principle and comparative study of physical qualityrequirements, contribute to the difficulty of the high level athletes choose to moresuitable for your action. Through the comparison and analysis the followingconclusions:1. Strong power and high center of gravity is the precondition of substantiallycomplete C477difficult movements. The phase of taking off Angle of ankle joint,knee joint between40°~50°Angle between30°to45°full buffer will becompleted for subsequent stretching movements of large reserves of elastic potentialenergy, to ensure that the athletes show air gesture. 2. In completing the C477emptied, the higher the level of the athletes is, thegreater the Angle of the hip, knee, ankle is, which fully explains the takeoff iswell-done and is beneficial to the body around the longitudinal axis rotation; if Anklejoint degree Angle is big, stretched straight feet may reflect posture of the competitiveaerobics in beauty.3. When finishing difficulty movement, highlevel athletes’body center of gravity height were significantly is obviously higher thanthat of low level athletes. From completing the two difficulty movement of C477andC479as a whole,6players complete C477difficult movements are better than C479in every way.
