Inspiring students' motivation in physics-teaching is substantially important to the cultivation of students' complete development. Aiming at searching the rules of motivation in physics-studying and finding a strategy of exploding students' motivation in physics-teaching of high school, the thesis, carried out a series of trials to inspire students' motivation in physics-teaching. According to the motivation-theory, which indicated that motivation was a continuing dynamic process, the thesis incorporated motivation strategy into teaching schedule and implemented series of methods to motivate students' studying motivation of physics in the whole process of teaching events. Through a whole term of deliberately designed trials and statistical canalization, it had been found that inspiring students' motivation in physics-teaching was the sticking point of enhancing studying quality, achieving teaching scheme and cultivating students' sturdy volition. The thesis was composed of five parts: First, the essentiality of investigating motivation and related theories by domestic and oversea educators in this filed were detailed described.Second, through the long-term survey, it had been found that the biggest problem for most teachers is how to motivate students. Additionally, the result of the survey suggested that most students studied passively because of superficial interest and dim sense of responsibility. Low level of study motivation affected the efficiency and quality of studying, hampered students' all-around development. The thesis demonstrated the necessity of inspiriting students' motivation here.Third, research into the factors in the studying motivation system, inherent rules of studying motivation of students, then the inter-relationship between studying motivation and studying behaviors. Moreover, inspiring motivation, which was a continuing dynamic process, included five different functions: startup, reinforcement, positioning, activation, and entertainment. Four, seeking the rules of studying motivation and strategies of inspiring studying motivation in trials. Six different strategies, intending to inspire physics-studying motivation, which were followed by six another didactical cases including both inside-class and outside-class ones, were explained in this part. Five, scientifically appraising the results of whole trial . Conspicuous difference was found while the experimental class had been compared with the parallel class in terms of the level of studying motivation and the grades of physics.
