In recent years, with implement of multinomial grand reforms in the higher colleges' education field in China, subjective demands of undergraduates presented pluralistic trend gradually. Many problems and crises appeared in higher colleges' students' affairs which faced tremendous challenges. As an organization, management institution of students' affairs of higher college has typical communicational characteristics.In this thesis, we apply the organizational communication theory and take in three cut-in points according to the interpersonal communication, group communication and collective organizational communication. Through the discussion of interdynamic relationship in these three systematical levels, we analyze the inner communication behaviors and phenomena of management institution of students' affairs of higher college roundly and intensively. At the same time, we analyze every communication obstacles in the students' affairs' management structure from the contents, direction, channels, types and functions of communication and summarize the projects of resources recombination and optimization.Applying the organizational communication theory to make the research of the management institution of students' affairs of higher college, it is an innovation from both theory foundation and research objects which is meaningful for the research of the management institution of students' affairs of higher college.
