Difficulties And Breakthrough

By introducing the state of arts of student affairs and its management organization in higher education institutions in China, and by tracing the history of and defining the subject of organizational communication theory, this thesis is trying to find out the orientation of and optimal solutions for management system of student affairs in higher education institutions, based on a comprehensive and systematic analysis and resources integration of organizational communication structure, communication network, organizational communication process and communication function, from the point of view of organizational communication system and function inside management structure of student affairs in higher education institutions. The thesis makes some practical contributions in terms of the development of organizational theoretical system inside management organization of student affairs in higher education institution, the improvement and development of communication as a discipline, and the innovative viewpoint of discussing organizational management.It is an innovation, in terms of both research methods and research objects, for this thesis to research management organization of student affairs in higher education institutions by applying the theory of organizational communication. The thorough research of communication system structure and communication function characteristics in the discipline of organizational communication provides a theoretical foundation for the discussion of communication obstacles, the ways to eliminate those obstacles, and other issues existing in organizational system of student affairs in higher education institutions, and a brand new research approach for student affairs in higher education institutions, which is in a period of transition, by its unique theoretical research mode and system.
