Content: My personal viewpoint is to concern about the primary education: strengthen the students' knowing teaching research and practice. We should give effort in the research of the successful experience of the knowing teaching education in the aspect of teaching material edition, education purpose, teachers' viewpoint changing, teaching method creation according to the environment and the people. YuShan country is known as " the doctor county ", according to above states, this country's basic education must have been very successful, but what is the real situation of the rural education and at the rear of this success? I have personally investigated the 22 primary schools of the 227 completed primary schools, and interviewed 39 teachers, listened to the lectures for 66 times,and found there are some shortages in knowing teaching in the countryside ,such as teaching methods are single , also ,the knowing teaching environment is poor , and the students knowing teaching speed is too slow . Its basic reason is the teachers are in a relatively low quality, the purposes, and ideas are falling behind. Some of the classes are almost no difference with those days I attended when I went to school twenty years ago. I felt badly the necessity and the press of the strengthen of the knowing teaching method research and practice. In the beginning of my article, I had disproved part of the Chinese teachers' "Chinese words must be changed towards westerns" ideas, suggested my ideas that the Chinese letters will not and can not be changed towards westerns. How to improve the knowing teaching ability, with both the theory and practice, in the respect of the standard of knowing teaching, the Chinese words' character, children's psychological traits, I suggested that according to the standard of abilities in recognition, reading, speaking and writing, they should catch the Chinese words'characteristic of showing the meaning, combined the consideration of the word's pronunciation, shape, and meaning, so as to recognize the words step by step . I shouted the slogan-s that the traditional knowing teaching methods of both the focus methods and decentralized method should be inherited. The Letter Family Group recognition method is especially worthpopularizing, in the mean time, this article suggests from the aspect of nerve physiology and reality, that the beginning in advance of the knowing teaching is quite necessary and workable, suggests that they should divide the knowing teaching into two stages: junior grade stage and senior grade stage. The junior grade stage focus in the centralized knowing teaching and speedy reading, the senior grade stage focus in extensive reading and extensive accumulate. Further more, the teachers should make full use of the words that they will meet every day .So I hope the relative department organize and arrange the edition of the primary knowing teaching materials which are rural and are different from the urban ones.
