"Long-term Development Program2010-2020" pays attention to "combination of learning and thinking"," unity of moral knowledge and acting "in the cultivation of innovative talents. In Middle school mathematics, there exists some problems, such as learning and thinking can not be combined in teaching process, as well as knowledge and action, the reason leading to this phenomena is that mathematics is content-rich and high abstract, which cause many students can not understand profoundly, so they can only use mechanical memory.Employing the literature method, the method of investigation, and case analysis, this paper put forwards the theoretical basis and the core concept—"uncombination of learning and thinking","ununity of moral knowledge and acting" on the theoretical basis of mathematical understanding, constructivist theory, recent theory of the development area, preparing theoretical basis for the following investigation. Through consulting a large number of literatures and combining with the study, the questionnaire is made by modifying the existing questionnaire. It reaches reason analysis of "uncombination of learning and thinking","ununity of moral knowledge and acting"in mathematical education, mainly from these four sections to analysis about the mathematics teachers’ specialized knowledge, preparation before class, teaching behavior, and reflection after class.This paper shows mathematical teaching with organic combination of "leaning, thinking, knowing and practicing" by the form of case classification, proposes corresponding improving teaching programs by case analysis, summarizes the reason why "leaning, thinking, knowing and practicing"are not combined, and sum ups the essential condition of mathematics teaching that pays attention to the combination of "leaning, thinking, knowing and practicing".Through analyzing the case, it proposes the reason for "uncombination of learning and thinking","ununity of moral knowledge and acting". The first is from the perspective of learning; the teacher’s learning is more of instructional design study, which is short of learning situation analysis. The second is from the perspective of thinking; the teacher’s thinking is more of the problematic design and exercise selection in instructional design, which is short of interpretation of the teaching objectives and deep thinking of teaching important and difficult points. The third is from the perspective of knowledge; teachers’ professional is not mature enough. The forth is from the perspective of the acting, the teacher’s acting mainly is teachers are difficult to achieve the unity of mathematics teaching theory and acting of classroom teaching.Through concluding the whole essay, this paper proposes the suggestions of "combination of learning and thinking","unity of moral knowledge and acting".(1) explicit interpretation of the teaching objectives to develop accurate, effective teaching objectives and important and difficult points;(2) give full consideration to the students the basic learning situation;(3) to attach importance to understand the development of their relationship in mathematical understanding and the production of knowledge. Focus on the understanding of the nature of mathematics and promote the development of students’ thinking.(4) In mathematics teaching acting, focus on the penetration of mathematical thinking, the participation of students, the connection of mathematical knowledge and teaching acting and the relationship between mathematics teaching and students’ cognitive structure to promote the development of students’ cognitive structure.
