A Study On The Problems Of The Construction Of Honesty In Universities And Its Solutions

Colleges are the society departments to nurture high quality talents. It has the function of pioneer and example in the credible construction of the whole society. However, under the fierce lashing of market economic person tide and the influences of various society factors, colleges are facing the rigorous challenge of credible crisis. The phenomenon of incredibility generally happens among the college students and teachers and the work of management of school, the harming and hidden danger can't be ignored. Strengthen college credible construction; improve student's consciousness, and standard college students' credible behaviors have become an important and urgent strategy task.Recently, academic circles and education circles pay more attention on the question of lacking of credibility, do some further research, and public a lot of insight articles. But, totally the view of the investigator is limited in student groups, and we do further research on the phenomenon, cause of formation and countermeasure of shortcoming of college students' credibility, but the research on the credible construction of college is still weak, and the publication is few. We think the shortcoming of college students' credibility is only a stagnant reflection of college school credible construction. To solve this problem, we should pay attention to the construction of college students' credibility. Therefore, in general, it is very necessary and meaningful to think over it and investigate it from different sides and different angle. Base on it, we chose the title "The Investigation of the Problem and Countermeasure that College Students' credibility Construction is facing".This article takes the "Three Representatives" as the direction. During the investigation, we mainly adopt the Real Evidence Analysis, History Analysis and System Comprehension Analysis. The article takes the problem of college credibility construction as center, and takes the "Countermeasure" as important point, start it with analyzing college credibility construction. On the base of clearly describe the reason of shortcoming of college students' credibility, we propose a countermeasure from Educational notion, Educational content, Educational style and Order construction and so on. This article chose the title from new angle, and describes the problem from new way, such as classified Analysis about the reason. That shows the narration of some mew point. Such as renew the Educational notion; teach credibility, Create new credible teaching methods in the "Countermeasure" part. We propose some individual idea of the author .The article has theoretic meaning on deeply investigating the characteristic and rule of college credibility construction, and enhancing and improving College Thought Morality Education. The article also has practical meaning on construction college credibility education credible management and the system of credible rule, and improving the real efficiency of college credibility education.
