The Study On Establishing And Practising The Elimination Mechanisms In Postgraduates-cultivating

The postgraduate education in China has got boomingly developed recently, meanwhile, people becomes more and more concerned about the qualities of the postgraduates-cultivating. One of the effective measures to safeguard the educational quality is to establish the elimination mechanisms in the postgraduate educational system and implement them.This paper starts from the history of the Chinese postgraduates education, illustrating the thought-provoking phenomena existing in the postgraduate education and analyzing the causing factors profoundly, then it demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of establishing the elimination mechanisms not only from the basis of the theory, but from the practice. It also proposes that the elimination mechanisms be guided by the systematic principle, dynamic principle and flexible principle. Eventually, this paper states the detailed contents of the elimination mechanisms: the progressing elimination and the kicking-out elimination. The progressing elimination focuses on supervising, instruction, rectification and improvement; while the kicking-out elimination emphasizes on removing, its aim is to terminate the study of some postgraduates.
