Teaching for dialogue as a new teaching form appearance is not accidental. As we are all know, dialogue has never left people's view from an usual appearance to a form of teaching. In traditional teaching, dialogue used just as a kind of teaching means, it adapts to the industry society's need to large quantity of knowledge type labor, and be treated as a high-efficiency teaching technique, but the teacher did not treat student as subject of the equal exchanges, just the object to control and reconstruct, the aim of dialogue exists outside the dialogue, the dialogue only have the tool's value. Therefore, dialogue in the traditional teaching is not a kind of communication of person to person. But one of knowledge to knowledge in which the identity of person disappeared. In this kind of communication, the teacher not only failes to understand the student correctly, but also make themselves tool. In order to show their authority, teacher hide their true temper, and the text become the thing that have no any significance. So the essence of the dialogue in traditional teaching is anti-dialogue, which can't reinforce the equal communication and understanding between the teacher and student ,and between the teacher, the student, the text as well. On the contrary, it bring misunderstanding to them.With the arrival of the dialogue age, dialogue became a kind of time spirit, which offer an important chance to come into being the teaching for dialogue. The disadvantage of dialogue in teaching became obviously, the value of dialogue beyond the significance of a mean of teaching. Then develop into an aim of teaching, a principle of teaching and a spirit of teaching. It can both improve the quality of class teaching and understanding between the teacher and student.In some extent, the emergence of the theory of teaching for dialogue affects the teaching practice,The key of making this theory step into the teaching practice widely lie in improving the teacher's professional quality, that is to say, the quality about dialogue should become one of the teacher's necessary professional quality. In order to achieve this prospect, what the most important is that the teacher should understand themselves well and revert to their true condition. First act as a true person and then we can act as a teacher, and understand students, make friends with them by exchange-position thinking way, then accomplish the dialogue teaching.
