Probability chiefly studies the data in real life and random events of the world. It could help people make a reasonable decision by collecting, arranging and analyzing of data and depicting of possibility events. At the present stage, in the mathematical textbooks for full-time senior middle school pressed by the people's education publishing house, probability is the substance of chapter 11 for test contents of the college entrance examination. Probability has developed an independence subject and entered into middle and primary school's course by only a few decades. The speed is no comparison to the algebra, geometry etc. However, the rapid development made up the comparative delay of the educational research. Now, the educational teaching research of probability is even more infrequent in our country.The author uses the questionnaires for understanding students' knowledge of opportunity and probability before they study probability. The thesis explores the method of teaching probability concepts in middle school. Meanwhile, it researches some problems of teaching probability in textbook and the joint about the probability with others mathematical subjects. Finally, during the teaching of probability, the way should be improved, the teachers should lead students to transform the building process of probability mould and the process of mould application. In that case, the students can gain situational teaching method, observe and learn from real life and solve probability problems correctly and cleverly.
