The Study On Comparing Hammer Throw Technique Between Chinese And Overseas Excellent Men Hammer Throwers

Research purpose: the development of Chinese hammer throw is late relatively and not popular. Technique can prompt the improvement of performance effectively as long as it conforms to the development of world hammer throw technique. It has been reported that the traits of new trend and technique which the world elite hammer throwers took were the high speed revolves, the high rhythm, the short time in every turn, the single support time was shorter than double support time. Hence, an importance task which the researchers and throwers should accomplish is how to pull out the downturn and be accord with the world advanced hammer throw technique.The methods: grey related analytic, document data, interview, comparative analytic, mathematics and physics statistic. Through carrying on domestic and international athlete's body shape comparative analysis at first, found out their disparity. Secondly, found out 6 quality indexes which were related higher with hammer performance by grey related analytic approaches, through the result, comparative analyzing the domestic and international outstanding man's hammer athlete. Later carried on digitization of technology and sport biomechanics' and analyze, found out disparity. According to the analysis result, propose the corresponding solution.Research contents: This research has consulted and collected relevant articles about hammer sport both at home and abroad so far 1990, in case of understanding the current situation of domestic and international relevant research at present and trend, analyzed athlete's body shape, special physique, rotate time, movement rhythm, rotate all stage speed between change and rotate course sport biomechanics parameter of domestic outstanding man's hammer combined with the kinematics data and index of the throw technology of the elite of the world. At last, found out Chinese athlete's deficiency and disparity in throwing technology. The result shows that:1) Some aspects of physical fitness are divided by 6 categories; the typical indexes present the main physical fitness on base of specialized subject theories.
