It is beneficial to improve the overall level of domestic female hammer throw that the hammer throw spinning and delivery technique of domestic female elite hammer thrower is analyzed and diagnosed. The national track and field grand prize contest - Nanjing station female hammer competition top 6 athletes is selected as my research object. The synchronism images were taken by two JVC9800 high-speed camera in the 100fps and analyzed by the SIMI-Motion video analytical system. The results as follows:(1) the release velocity of domestic athlete is lower than the foreign excellent athlete. The angle of release is slightly smaller than foreign excellent athlete. The height of release is lower in relation to their body height. (2) in the spinning process, double feet supporting stage of hammer speed rise slow, but drop quickly in the single foot supporting stage, the state of torso caster are significant in the delivery stage. (3) in the spinning process, hammer movement incline planes change small, hammer highest and perigee value by circle rise, in the double supporting stage, hammer movement are away from short, when in the single and the double feet supporting transform, the hammer azimuth are big, the right feet are well-grounded late, in the double feet supporting stage, hammer acceleration are away from short. (4) in the spinning process, the domestic athlete′s angles between shoulders and hips are generally big, the hip axial angles, the shoulder axial angles and angles between shoulders and hammers extreme value have the opportunity not to be reasonable, angles between hips and feet are small, the torso caster increase gradually, the velocity of hammer throw in the respective stages of spinning affects the release velocity, that is, preliminary stage, spinning stage and delivery stage, the left knee perigee rise highly gradually, in the double feet supporting stage, the hip angles, the knee angles and the malleolus angles are big.
