The inside conditions include sports population, instructors population, sports games, sports expense and sports organization conditions. by studying every condition of social sports, analyzing all of them, then, posing some suggestions in order to develop our social sports. The result shows: The development of social sports is a whole system. If it is lack of any one of condition, it's impossible for social sports to develop continually and steadily. Economy condition is the base of social sports, It is the decisive condition of social sports development. the benefit of economy system, the reform of economical system, the developing standard of economy are good conditions of our social sports. But the character of "breakage"and "unbalance"are bad conditions. The benefit of political system and the fruit of political reform spur the development of social sports. Otherwise the paradox of reform itself and the utility of political refrain the development of the social sports. In addition, there are deep factors which affect the development of social sports. They are native culture and native life style, which affects people's value opinion and sports opinion. If we try to develop the social sports, then we must change the people's old custom and establish a new life style. It needs long time . At last, except all of these, we should consider the importance of law of social sports, only through the law can we promote the social sports proceeding correctly. But now, there are still many problems about law itself. The inside conditions of social sports development include population condition, instructor condition, games and content condition, organization condition. the quality and quantity of social sports population and instructors. The quantity of sports games and its content and how to inherit, draw in and create traditional and modern sports games and contents. the ways of drawing in expense for social sports. The perfecting and establishing social sports organization, all of these, they are directly related to the improvement of social sports. Only by considering all of these factors and conditions, and harmonizing all these conditions can we promote social sports good movement and coordinate development.
