Through the methods of literature study, interviews research methods, questionnaire survey and Mathematical Statistics method...etc, this article analyzed the present condition of course implement to carry on and studying to our high school social sports major aerobics, pointing out currently social sports major aerobics to specialize in a course implement the existent problem in the process, analyzing not reasonable of reason also put forward homologous suggestion and counterplan, suggest social sports major aerobics' specializing in a course target should come close the student's actual circumstance, making the aerobics talented person who develop meet a social demand.
