Good schools demand well management, in turn well management demands advanced management concepts. School, as a special organization with the purpose of cultivating human, demands human-based management. But the fact is that students follow the teachers , and the teachers follow the headmaster while the headmaster follows the rate of entering the higher school. Thus the students have become the machine of study while the teachers have become the machine of teaching. Education has become the unhuman-based skills training. Managers attach so much importance to the accomplishment of the tasks and the improvement on the teaching quality, ignoring the teachers' sensibility and needs. They look the teachers as a kind of tool with no democracy, no respect or promotion. In result, the school becomes the factory of "producing labors". Such stiff school management, without question, is unable to cultivate the teachers with innovative spirit and high diathesis .How can they carry important tasks to construct our country on the shoulders in 21st century? Therefore, the implementation of the human-based management on the teachers is the demand of the school reformation and development.Some relative aspects need to be researched in order to enforce human-based management. But experts haven't done much on school human-based management especially on teacher-based management academical.
