School-based research management is based education curriculum reform in China, a new round of one of the hot issues, It has been the role of more and more of the education researchers and education practice attention. This paper taking Chonging Jiangbei, for example,Using questionnaire and interviews,Survey by Chongqing city middle school school-based research management problems,Analyses the causes of these problems cause and also proposes the strategies。Chongqing Jiangbei part of high school survey found,The current school-based research management in middle school in Chongqing mainly embodied in the existing problems:First, School managers and teachers to the school-based research system enough to know and understand deeply ; Second, School-based research management organization setup imperfect; Third, Based research management system of school is not perfect; Fourth, Training for school-based teaching and research teams need to be strengthened; Fifth, The process of monitoring the implementation of school-based management efforts in teaching and research is not strong .
