On College Students' Right Awareness

College students' right awareness exerts a great influence on the construction of China's four modernizations, and how to improve their right awareness should become a major concern for workers of higher education. This paper can be divided into five parts: Part â…  expounds the basic concepts concerning college students' right awareness. Part â…¡ analyzes the current situation of their right awareness through the on-the-spot investigation. According to the analysis, college students' right has been improved in some degree with the remarkable progress of China's market economy, democracy and legal system. Part â…£ sets the goal of the development of their right awareness. Part â…¤ points out that the improvement of their right awareness is a complicated systematic project, which requires bringing every positive factor into play, and these include the improvement of relative legislations, reform on the working patterns of institutions of higher schooling, creation of harmonious social atmosphere and implementation of scientific family education.
