The research study of significance, theory basic, develop process of Education Story. And carries on some typical case study of choice fodders, define topic, write and appraise Education Story. The research have developed a Education Story theoretic system, and supply direction for teacher to practice this research method and create it. It is find:Firstly, the engender and prosperous of Educating Story is based on three points: appeal of the human's narrative lives, need for enrichment and conversion the way of education research, and demand of teachers' specialization develop. As a kind of method of education research, Education Story is that teachers or researchers make use of the story to describe the meaningful campus life, the teaching affairs and experiences of educational practice, and then to dig or reveal the education ideas, theory and believes which concealed in experiences and affairs of daily life. It is a kind of "Narrative Inquiry" of "Qualitative research". As a kind of result of education research, it is the text based on narrative and reflection of educational affairs of teachers or researchers' narrating and meditating. It is a way to present of education experience with colorful writing manner and style.Secondly, although the Education Story has a short history, it attracts people's attention very much because it's characteristic by truthfulness, native, variety, specialties, reflection, regression of living world, poetry, etc.. Education Story was nourished by phenomenology, hermeneutic, narrativology, Post-modernist ideas and teacher's daily education practice. Now Education Story have various forms as Education Autobiography, Teaching Story, Manage Story, Living Story, Curricula Story, etc.Thirdly, a good Education Story must have a defmitude topic, right thought, deep meaning, vivid plot and affecting person image. Teachers should accumulate and choice fodders from the successful experiences of problem solving in education practice, and then try to abstract the topic of story and write a truthful, vivid and bright story according to corresponding frame and format.Lastly, based on the theory and practice, education story was proved to have a meaningful implication on teachers' specialty development. However, the limitation is inevitable. With the development of research perspective and practice, the content of education story would be extended, the format would be more creative, and the supporting system would be more consummate. And as a result, application of education story would have a widely application in the future.
