Story teaching is one of the most important forms of language education in kindergarten,it is also of great significance for the development of language and other aspects of children.Based on the perspective of Hermeneutics,this paper discusses the elements of activity and analyses the characteristics of the story teaching in kindergarten,such as the support for the situation,integration of horizons and communicative dialogue,works out the summary sheet and outline of interview,takes 79 cases(videotapes)of six kindergarten in three grades of province of S as the study samples,uses methods of literature analysis,observation and interview,the author find issues of current the story teaching in kindergarten :from the overall situation,the overall level of the activity is not high,and there are great differences among the support for the situation,integration of horizons and communicative dialogue;from three dimensions,preparation of the material ignores gradation,the creation of situation lacks of interest in the support for the situation.From the aspect of integration of horizons teacher' s organizing ability needs to be improved,children can't develop their own views on the story,teachers easily ignore children's opinoins,the practical activity lack of creativity.From the aspect of communicative dialogue the direction of interaction between teachers and children is unicity,children have few opportunities to communicate with each other,the way that teachers respond to children' mistake are lacking of guidance.This study discusses the influence of children's classes,the teacher's age,seniority,major and academic qualifications on the story teaching through mean comparison,one-way ANOVA and multiple comparison analysis.With the data analysis,the research found that children's classes,teachers' age,seniority,major have significant effects on the story teaching except the academic qualifications.And at the same time,the age and seniority of teachers have interactive influence on teaching,but the age is based on seniority.Combined with the present problems and the analysis of the affecting factors,this research offers proposals to promote the level of the story teaching,firstly,in terms of story teaching: teachers should respect the differences among different class and individuals,materials of active should reflect gradation,teachers should combine various methods,like observation-listening-speaking-practice,invisible demonstration and imitation,and evaluation to promote children's understanding and use multiple interactive strategies to enhance the quality of interaction.Secondly,the quality of teachers: teachers should establish equal dialogue between teachers and children by relocating new teachers' role,pay more attention to their vocational study,to improve practical ability.
