Subjective Well-Being(SWB) is an important comprehensive psychological index to measure the mass of people's life satisfaction, the most noticeable field in the positive psychology, also a new research topics in our country. Although the research of SWB in our country has gone deep into different people, the study of Female academics' subjective well-being is still little. This research is to investigate current situation of female academic "s SWB and the correlation factor through small sample investigation, for improving the study of female academic 'SWB. The main result as follows: 1 . Female academic's whole subjective well-being is high. 2. The scores of female academics on avowed happiness, life satisfaction and positive affectare significant higher than male academics. On negative affect, male academics' scores arehigher than female academics, but the difference is not significant. 3. The scores of married female academics on avowed happiness, life satisfaction aresignificant higher than unmarried female academic, and unmarried female academicexperience more negative affect than married female academic in life. 4. There is a little difference on female academics' subjective well-being between age anddesignation, but the difference is not significant.5. Female academic's SWB is more related to subjective factors than to objective factors. 6. There is difference on subjective well-being 's correlation factors between gender.
