Positive psychological Capital is one of today’s hottest researches, from positive psychology and positive organizational behavior framework as a starting point to consider, and now has began to research a lot in the domestic and foreign, but research on positive psychological capital in the field of education is less. Meta-emotion is an important part of emotional intelligence. It maybe exist certain effect between meta-emotion and life satisfaction. This study selected552high school students in shenyang, LiaoNing province as the participants, and I gather message about the students’positive psychologital captical’s present situation by using questionares. And it has also discuss the relationship between the positive psychological ane meta-emotion by Analysis of Varianee、correlation analysis and confirmatory factor analysis so as to provide some real materials. The results of the study show that:1. For high school students, the score of positive psychology,in the gender it does not exist significant differences. In the grade it also does not exist significant differences, but in the dimension of self-efficacy, optimistic it has significant differences.For the dimesion of hope is extremely significant.,a lower score in senior grade.Parents with different cultural degree for senior high school students has significant difference.2. The level of high school students’ meta-emotion is high.It doesn’t excist differences on gender and age. The data also indicate different The one whose parent have a good education background doesn’t tend to affect the level of meta-emotion.But for expression.different father’s cultural degree influences the level of meta-emotion.3. Life satisfaction of most senior high school students is in a high level. There is no significant difference between boys and girls in levels of life satisfaction, while significant difference shows in grades. No obvious difference exists in born place and whether student is from a one child family. However, education level of students’ fathers in contrast to their mothers results in significant difference in life satisfaction of them, when comes to their mothers, their mothers’education has no influence on their children.4. Positive psychological capital, meta-emotions and life satisfaction of senior high students have a significant correlation to each other.5. Meta-emotion is a partly mediator between positive psychological captital and life satisfaction.
