Science carring out reform and opening-up policy,China has gradually established social market economic system.It means we are on the way of multiple development.However,Chinese multi-orientation development doesn't start with given rules and perfect market conditions.Unequal beginning,with imperfect rules and lack of correcting system,naturally results in serious differenciation of different stratum's interests.On a long run,it is bound to hinder social development and made it in a vicious circle that interest differenciation is too serious.Because of this situation,our Party and our country have already begun to emphasize "scientific development theory "and definitely put forward to the concept of establishing "harmonious society" .This is also the firest time that the Party central committee put establishing "harmonious society" to the same outstanding position as economic construction.Our country is changing from single-center times into multiple-center times.Undeniedly.there is much content included in harmonious society.However, harmonious society bases in coordinating interest relations.The most difficult thing for coordinating interest relations is not individual interest legally defined clearly,but public interest included individual interest.The later one is just the weak point of building harmonious society.In view of the above-mentioned underesting,the auther attempts to explore the truth of harmonious society from the angle of public interest.Because of the limit of length and ability,the author will not analyze harmonious society in all drections,will only from the angle of public interest,discuss the problems such as:the importantrelation between the comparative balance of interest and harmonious society,and the realization of public interest and so on.The structure of this article goes as the following:Foreword:Discuss the title,and make some pavement for the following.Charpter One:Introduce the essence.innotation and some relative theory of harmonious society.Point out the cause and real manifestation of inharmony of our country's society in order to illustrate "harmony" is the foundation of social sustainable development.Charpter Two:Because the comparative balance of interest relations is the most important factor of society harmony,and among the interest relations, public interest inflences harmonious society most greatly,this Charpter mainly discuss some problems about public interest.It includes :the definition and characteristics,the relation between public and individual interests and the changes of public interest science modern times.Above this.the auther put forward to three paradoxes:the conflict between "collective choice" and just principle,the conflict between individual ration and public interest,the conflict between government interest and public interest.Charpter Three:Discuss mainly the realization of public interest,because it is the key point to build harmonious society. So this charpter first study detailedly the difficulties of realizing public interest,then from two angles-system construction and "culture ethics" ,explore public interest realization,in order to find the way of making society harmonious.Charpter Four:As the conclusion of the whole article,the author admit the necessity and idealization of interest differenciation in a way.Simultaneously,the author put forward to a real meaningful harmonious society must satisfy three conditions:beginning being equal,proceeding being just and result being corrected propriately.
