The Study On Interest Expression Mechanism Of Vulnerable Groups Under The Background Of Constructing Harmonious Society-to Migrant Workers As An Example

As a new social class,migrant workers have been making very large contribution to China’s economic and social development during the new period of Chinese social transformation, and their legitimate rights and interests should be given due protection. However, their survival situation and development is not just as one wishes because there are so many social problems in interest expression at present. This not only affects the survival and development of migrant workers themselves, but also to the construction of a prosperous, democratic, civilized and harmonious modern socialist country. To solve this dilemma, the most effective way is to find a good balance among the state, society and migrant workers, that is, to establish a interest expression mechanism which can accommodate contradictions and conflictsBased on the above concerns, the author build a more in-depth exploration from four aspects around the theme" the Construction of Interest Expression Mechanism of Migrant Workers Under the Background of Harmonious Society ":(1) the security mechanism of migrant workers interest expression;(2) the incentive mechanism of migrant workers interest expression;(3) the regulating mechanism of migrant workers interest expression;(4) the strengthening mechanism of migrant workers interest expression.The design of this study has the following apparent characteristics. To begin with, the research is built on a large number of experienced materials. There are not only others’research results depended on the criticism and reference, but also the arrangement and reproduction of my own stage achievement. This means achieving dialectical unity of inheritance and innovation. Secondly, in order to adhere to Marx theory as guide, the research take the world outlook and methodology of the dialectical materialism and historical materialism to observe problem, analyze problem and solve problem, achieving the goal of organic unity both the theory of universality and particularity of practice. Finally, the research changes "graphic design" pattern of existing materials on the aspects of system design issues. The construction of interest expression mechanism, that is clear and has strong operability, can achieve the unity of history and logic.
