A Study On The Financial Management Model Transform Of M University After Incorporation

The incorporation of universities is an important part in the reform of high educational system at the turn of the century, which conforms to the further healthy development of our high education. In the reform of high educational system from 1992 to 2000, a group of key universities incorporated into more comprehensive universities. This has optimized the collocation of educational resources, realized advantage complementing, resources sharing, so that it has improved the conditions qualities and benefits of the universities, and paved a smooth way for the new universities. As one of the important parts of the incorporation of universities financial incorporation has become the tie of all the work. There emerged such questions in the corporation of universities as follows: how to realize the total and real incorporation of finance, how to establish a new financial management model in order to guarantee a smooth incorporation and make the financial management model meet the needs of the further reform and development.Financial management model transform is crucial to the financial incorporation. In order to ensure a smooth transition and deep immersion, the incorporated universities have made careful arrangement and plan in financial management model transform according to the histories of the universities and the status quo after incorporation. Transform has been conducted according to the plan, whether there is experience of success or lesson of failure, summarizing and searching are still on. The author of this thesis chooses the "A Study on Financial Management Model Transform of M University after Incorporation" in order to systematically summarize the experience of success of the incorporated universities' financial management model transform, and further establish a new model which meets the demand of thebuilding and development the incorporated universities. During the research, the author has referred to the background information about the incorporated universities and related theories in financial management of universities, studied the successful ways of some famous incorporated universities. Thus the thesis has conducted a detailed study on the financial management model transform of the incorporated M university, based on which, the author has redesigned the current financial management model of M university.The thesis consists of five parts. First, it introduces the background information of the university incorporation and the theories of the financial management model in the incorporated universities. Second, it analyzes three representative models in the incorporated universities and some innovation of some famous domestic incorporated universities. Third, it analyzes and evaluates the model of M universities. Fourth, it offers a new plan for the model of M university. The thesis is to offer a theoretical guidance and practical reference for further reform and development of financial management model of other incorporated universities through the study of the model of the incorporated M university.
