Research On Optimization Of Financial Management Of XT University Based On Financial Shared Service

With the rapid economic development,my country’s support and emphasis on higher education has been continuously improved,and traditional financial management methods have been unable to adapt to the increasingly complex business management requirements of colleges and universities.Optimizing the financial management of colleges and universities based on the financial shared service theory is conducive to improving the competitiveness of colleges and universities and grasping development opportunities.By building a financial sharing center,the school’s business resources are integrated,and scientific,standard,and standardized business processes and operation methods are adopted to achieve balance of payments,improve the efficiency of fund utilization,and provide reliable support for financial decision-making.By consulting relevant domestic and foreign literature,using the method of case study,taking XT University as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of XT University’s financial management by combining literature research and field research,and judges that there is information sharing in its financial management work.The level needs to be improved,the financial management concept needs to be updated and perfected,the financial reimbursement process needs to be optimized,and the financial budget needs to be improved.Financial management optimization is urgently needed.Based on the actual situation,this paper designs a specific plan for XT University to optimize financial management based on the concept of financial sharing.The three important processes of budget,reimbursement and charge management are sorted out,and a financial sharing center is established.The center includes three platforms: financial platform,business platform and basic platform.Achieve comprehensive information sharing and linkage.The last part,from the aspects of system management,personnel management,performance management and risk management,establishes a guarantee system,and discusses how to ensure the smooth construction of the financial sharing center.This article aims to explore the best way for XT University’s financial management optimization,hoping to provide some reference and inspiration for other colleges and universities who want to carry out financial management optimization work,so as to promote the continuous progress of school financial management.
