Network culture, the combination of material and moral values based on information, technology and computational resources, has substantial content and is displayed distinctively. The features of this unique form of culture are as follows. Its fictiousness, its interaction of mutual sides, autonomy in managemet,equality and open-up of its communication, high-speed transmission and its pluralism.Students culture is referred to as the values and rules of behavior shared by one or several groups of students, which is characterized by transitionalty informality, pluralism and complementary. Students culture plays important role in school activities and students' lives in that it helps to recognize students'values, satisfy their physiological needs, coordinate social relationship and provide with solutions to problems.Network poses negative and positive impacts on studtnts culture.In terms of positivte impacts,it brings foth new ideas, promote study ,broaden students' horizon, exploit their phycological potentials speed up self-accomplishment,and strengthen moral and legal consciousness. As for the negative impacts,network culture undermines students'ideological and consciousness,corrupts traditional morals and the excessive information affects students'learning methods.To realize healthy and colorful students culture against the background of network culture,we showld reinforce our consciousness,promote management,develop our abilities and try to improve the environment.
