Studies On The Textbook Management Of Physical Education In Basic Education Under The New Curriculum Criterion

Education should face the world, the future and the modernization. In order to carry out the quality education, to establish the thoughts of "health the first" and "lifelong physical education(hereinafter, 'P.E.')", the teaching quality of RE. and the benefit of running schools should be enhanced, and the management of teaching and other supporting work should be strengthened. P.E. textbook was the carrier embodying a certain teaching ideas and a certain textbook was a certain reflection of teaching ideas, which also was the main tools and basic foundation for teacher and student in teaching. So, textbook was the media between the teaching theory and practice; was the combination of theory and practice; also was the key factor for enhancing the teaching efficiency and quality. And the studies on textbook management had higher theoretic value and practical significance.The textbook management of RE. in basic education under the new curriculum criterion (i.e. RE. and health criterion) was studied by using the method of reference summarization, investigation, inductive and deductive reasoning. The conclusions in this paper were as follows.Firstly, the textbook management of RE. was the measures of programming, guidance, decision, supervisal, harmony and so on adopted by relate department(or organization) and staff, which involved the organization, system and limits of authority of textbook management from the macroscopical angel.Secondly, in the epoch of planned economy, the management model of P.E. textbook in china was that the central government adopted unified management to the countrywide textbook of P.E. and unified teaching plan, teaching outline and textbook, i.e. "one outline one textbook".
